No need to worry! If you haven’t used your ski pass, there are several options available to you. 1, 2 and 3-day passes are valid for the entire winter season, and can therefore be used on a date other than the one originally planned. As for 4, 5 and 6-day passes, if they have not been used, you can benefit from a credit valid until the 2025-2026 season for any purchase on altiservice.com. You have 30 days after the initial ski date to submit your request to the resort’s customer service department. Even at the last minute, at no charge, with your proof of purchase and the number of the ski pass concerned!
