So that you can prepare your future holidays with peace of mind, we have set up a completely free guarantee included directly in the purchase of your ski passes: the SkiYouLater Guarantee, applicable for 1 to 6-day ski passes (unused and excluding insurance) for the Saint-Lary and Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000 resorts.
Afraid of not being able to ski on the scheduled date (Covid, Illness, Accident, Postponed holidays, etc.)? Don’t worry! If you have not used your 6-day ski pass on the scheduled date, the amount can be carried over in the form of a credit note valid until April 2025. All this even at the last minute, free of charge and without the need for proof!
1, 2 and 3 consecutive day ski passes: are valid until the ski area closes. If you can’t come skiing on the scheduled date, no problem, your ski pass is undated and valid for the entire 2024-2025 season. You don’t have to do anything, just come skiing at a later date in the season and your ski pass will be valid. No proof will be required. If you were unable to use your ski pass during this 2024-2025 season, the amount can be carried over as a credit note valid until April 2026 on your altiservice.com customer account. You can make your request to the resort’s customer service within 30 days of the resort closing by filling out the form HERE.
4, 5 and 6 consecutive day ski passes: If you have not used your ski pass on the scheduled date, the amount can be carried over as a credit note valid until April 2025 on your altiservice.com customer account. To benefit from this credit, you have 30 days from the date of the first day of skiing initially planned to make a credit request to the resort’s customer service via the form HERE.
