To get your Skizam, you have two options: home delivery or free pick-up at the resort of your choice!
Delivery within 7 days in mainland France or 10 days for other countries.

Optional ski insurance
Ski insurance is available for €10 for the season with Skizam! This insurance allows you to ski with complete peace of mind.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
I've lost my package. What do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible.
I skied two resorts in one day... But I was charged twice. Is this normal?
The first time you pass through a resort's terminals, you'll receive a ski pass. If you choose to ski in several resorts on the same day, you will be debited for as many ski days as the number of resorts you visit.
Are my bank details secure?
Your bank details are encrypted and we have no access to them. As for our online sales service provider, it undertakes to protect this data and to do everything necessary to comply with the regulations in force (in particular the RGPD - general regulation on data protection).
When am I billed?
When you join Skizam, your customer account is linked to a credit card. Every week, you will be billed for the previous week's usage. In the event of payment problems, your package will be blocked and you will be put in contact with customer service.
Can I lend my season ticket to a friend?
No, it's not possible, as it's a nominative package.
Can I use my pass for a half-day?
Yes, but you will be charged for a full day.
The station was partially open today and the fare was reduced at the cash desks. What about me?
When the fare is reduced at the checkout (e.g. partial closure of the resort due to bad weather), we take the average price for the day as the base price and apply the 20% discount to which you are entitled.
